A Little Bit About Me
Who I Am
I'm just a gal who loves Jesus, my family, and hospitality! I have been married for 48 years and have been given the opportunity to learn what true hospitality and service are by having people live in our home for the first 28. Along with in-home practical experience, I have worked in the hotel business, planned church events, and started a couple businesses with my husband. I started planning trips about 40 years ago when my mom, sister, aunt, and I would go on annual trips together. What a blessing to have this time together… they’re stories, not just trips. Now that my mom is no longer on this earth, I have those precious memories that bring smiles and joy to my heart and am so thankful that we took those trips.
I currently am working in full time ministry and get to use these gifts almost every day. I’m a wedding coordinator, event planner, volunteer coordinator, and organizer. Somehow in this busy life, God has blessed me with being able to travel. Over the next few years as my ministry time gets shorter, I’m able to spend more time helping people plan their trips, their stories. I also am always helping my friends plan trips. It just comes naturally. Enough people have told me that I should be a travel agent that when the opportunity arose, I took the plunge.
I’m learning so much about all of the great travel opportunities there are out there. I LOVE cruising and all inclusive resorting! No cooking, cleaning, or unplanned spending. At my age, that all makes me so happy! I love spending time in the water just hanging out and taking in the beautiful scenery of God’s creation.
I also LOVE Waikiki! I know that sounds odd. It’s crowded, not all-inclusive, and is thought of as a tourist trap. Just hear me out… after spending many weeks there due to my husband's open heart surgery (while on our 45th anniversary trip), we have been back several times already. It’s a magical place. Some highlights are; walking to the beach and just hanging out in the water for hours on end, walking down the strip and grabbing a great cup of macadamia nut coffee and watching the ocean roll in and out, driving to the North Shore and watching the surfers and seeing the turtles (and stopping to get a Dole Whip), oh and so much more.

An impossible list? Maybe. But these are the goals that I have in life and in business.

Life is precious. We only have so long on this earth and I want to help you live it beautifully.
Honesty is a virtue. Without trust we have very little to move forward with.
Generosity is priceless. Your trip is contributing to the generosity that I get to share with others.
Love is how people know we follow Jesus. If we don't have love given to us, how can we possibly give it away?
Peace. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. One of my favorite verses. Romans 12:18
Patience. We all need to give it and receive it sometimes.
Kindness will override a multitude of negativity. Be kind!
Goodness leaves people in awe and leads them to God.
Faithfulness. Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Proverbs 3:3-4
This isn't a light-hearted list. I take it very seriously. I've been seeking God for help on this list for many years. I am confident that He who has begun a good work in me is faithful to complete it!

The more I know about what you're looking for in a trip, the more I am able to find just the right trip. I want to know you! I want to know what makes you happy and things you don't necessarily like to do on a trip. Are you looking for adventure (hiking, thrill seeking, or out of the ordinary adventures) or are you looking for a week if just relaxing wherever the ship sails?
Do you like the hustle and bustle of something to do around every corner, or do you prefer to have less people, less to do, and more relaxing?
Here's a bit about how I work and what you can expect from me throughout this process. My goal is to help you find some great options for you to choose from for your trip, based on the information you give me. I will present options to you for your travel, insurance, and other components of your trip as well as book the travel and process or facilitate your payments. I will communicate with suppliers on your behalf if any issues arise. My goal is to get back to you within 24 hours of each inquiry.
Although I will always recommend services and accommodations that have good reviews and high client satisfaction, I cannot guarantee their performance, service quality, or product descriptions. I am counting on you to make sure your travel documents including passports and visas are up to date and monitor your flights after they are booked.
Of course, I am unable to foresee any weather issues, natural disasters, political events, or circumstances outside my control. I am not providing legal or medical advice or guaranteeing pricing beyond what is confirmed in the booking documentation.
